Michael L. Hudkins, CPA has been consulting to lawyers and small to mid-size law firms most of his career. He has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a mid-size, multi-office firm, Chief Administrative Officer of small to mid-size firms, and has offered management advisory services to lawyers and law firms in private practice for over 25 years.
He has co-authored the book “Lawyer’s Guide to Strategic Planning” published by the American Bar Association (ABA), previously served as Vice-chairman of the Finance Core Group of the Law Practice Management
(LPM) Section of the ABA, served on the Magazine Board of the LPM section of the ABA, and co-authored and presented a Continuing Legal Education Course on Strategic Planning for Law Firms, live, and via web telecast. Services offered include:
